I'm a Product Designer who's driven by empathy, curiosity, and an insatiable desire to make things both beautiful & functional ✨. My design approach involves storytelling, data analysis, and design thinking to craft intuitive user experiences.
Prior to becoming a designer, I was a Customer Success Manager in the fintech industry. During this time, I liaised with users to develop tailored solutions in a complex enterprise software. If there's anything working with users has taught me, is that there is power in approaching solutions with empathy and data. In my precious roles, I've also led multiple projects working with cross-functional teams across North America and Asia. This is where I learned to collaborate with other teams, work in fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
With an educational background in Psychology & Marketing, understanding and analyzing human behaviors has been a lifelong endeavor. Outside of UX, I love experimenting with new recipes, sketching architecture, and going on runs to catch sunsets 🌅.
